VJourney
Let’s build, learn and innovate.
VJourney (Venture Journey): Embracing the Entrepreneurial Path
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with various startups, experiencing the great, the good, the bad, and the downright weird. My journey also includes co-founding an ad agency and a creative tech company. However, I realized that these ventures were not enough to satisfy my aspirations.
Setting a Bold Goal
I have set a personal goal to start a Venture Studio within the next ten years. To prepare for this ambitious endeavor, I have decided to create a series of side businesses. These ventures will serve as effective case studies, enabling me to help accelerate other businesses efficiently and effectively.
A Journey of Learning and Growth
Over time, I will share updates on the progress, results, and learnings from these businesses. Each venture is bootstrapped and started with the support of colleagues and friends. Here are the first two businesses that have kicked off:
1. RedWolf Labs
RedWolf Labs is a design studio based in the Bay Area, California. Our mission is to create brands and products for startups. We deliberately keep our audience broad, allowing us to approach companies of various sizes, maturities, and industries. This flexibility helps us find the best fit and maximize our impact. Currently, our primary focus is on startups in general.

2. Wings Career
Wings Career aims to create a job platform that benefits both talents and US-Japanese companies. This venture is born from a fellow friend's long-standing dream to bridge the gap between these two regions' job markets.

The Road Ahead
As I embark on this VJourney, I am excited about the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. Each step taken, every lesson learned, and all the successes and failures will contribute to the ultimate goal of establishing a successful Venture Studio.
